Our Lovely Roshelle

This is Roshelle, to whom this site is dedicated. She came to the US in Jan. 2005 as an exchange student from Australia. After being here a little while, Roshelle moved to my sister, Vickie's home. She became the 4th teenage girl in their home, with the other three being their own daughters. We have a large family with me being the oldest and Vickie the youngest of nine siblings, so Roshelle became another member of our family. She is a very positive, friendly and intelligent person that has loved everyone she has met including people from at least three different churches (denominations). The people at my church have gotten attached to Roshelle as well, because she has attended services regular.
Roshelle attends Sardis High School as a senior and recently was nominated as a part of the Coronation Court. She designed her gown for this event by drawing on paper a design in the likeness of her country's flag. She then asked me to make it for her which was an honor. She looked beautiful that night as you all can see by these pictures. We have had a lot of great times together in 2005 and oh, so many memories. Roshelle, you've been good for us all!!!
It's been real.......

Masons Christmas 2005

The Christmas gathering of 2005 for the Wiley Mason family took place on Sunday, December 11. We celebrated this occasion at the home of Edna Mason, the very same one where Betty, Buddy, Pat, Rita, Curtis, Darlene and Teresa grew up. Now you know if there are seven children, then you can imagine how many more there are now with all the grands and great grands. We'll try for a number on that and post it later. We had lots of great food and gifts! It was a beautiful day with temperatures in the 50's. I didn't see anyone who wasn't having a wonderful time. However we did miss a few of the family and we hope to see them soon. Thanks to everyone for gifts, food and fellowship.
